Moonpig Wellness Week 16th-20th November

I became part of a virtual wellness team for Moonpig in April 2020, teaching weekly yoga sessions to their lovely staff. In addition to those sessions, the company decided to hold a Wellness Week in November.

I was asked to come onboard for this event to teach a Yin Taster as well as 15 minute sessions which we called “Postural Shakeup”. On busy days, the prospect of carving a whole hour out of one’s day can seem very daunting but 15 minutes... how could you not? No need to get changed, shoes off and go.

The idea was simply to reinforce that a little on a daily basis goes a long way and that moving is essential for our health and overall well-being. So much can shift within 15 minutes: your breath, your state of mind, your mood, your energy level. And who knows, you might start on your mat thinking you will stick to 15 minutes and end up doing a little more, just because...!

Those sessions were great fun to teach and I am looking forward to making Postural Skakeup a regular feature on my online schedule as soon as schools reopen their doors. In the meantime, if you would  like to try a session out, please check my Instagram video
