MOVE. EAT. GATHER.

This is the 2nd episode of the Move. Eat. Gather. saga!
Stéphanie and Flo are thrilled to welcome you in a very special East London venue for the occasion.

Move. Eat. Gather. is an opportunity to unlock the immense power that gathering offers and to reclaim your right to connect more freely and joyfully in a beautiful and intimate setting.

Experienced yoga teacher Florence (Flo Yoga) will “move” you in a 2-hour yoga workshop entitled Slow Down & Unwind. At that time of the year, when we should be on preserving energy mode, we often have a busy social diary and are running around to get ahead of the Christmas season instead…!
This workshop is about putting your agenda on pause for half a day to nurture, relax and recalibrate.
All you need is some basic understanding of yoga poses and a sense of curiosity.

Stéphanie Cruchandeau, also known as the Chef naturelle, will bring some wonderful flavours to our tastesbuds by regaling us with a homemade drink, canapés and a two-course plant-based meal which willl celebrate the season, using organic ingredients that have been foraged, homegrown and sourced from local growers. This one is for curious foodies and anyone keen to discover new flavour combinations!

We will gather around a table beautifully laid out for the special guests that you are and get acquainted with our fellow yoga practitioners. We will have a goodie bag filled for you with wonderful and delicious things from brands we love!

The event will be limited to 18 people.

ABOUT YOUR HOSTS: TWO FRIENDS

Florence has been a yoga teacher for almost two decades and has a passion for making physical and spiritual yoga accessible to any level of experience or life stage. She likes to borrow from other disciplines (Pilates, neurology, circus training) to add novelty and a zest of fun to your practice.

Stéphanie is a food lover and a seeker of beauty in every dish. She educates and guides others in their journey to reconnecting with food through cooking workshops, retreat and event catering, making nutritional dishes accessible to all. Her naturopathic and wholefoods plant-based cuisine is the delight of any palate!

What our (super lovely) guests say about our last Move. Eat. Gather event:

“ I loved attending the Move. Eat. Gather. event. Flo’s yoga was super fun and very community-minded with a lot of yoga work involving the help of other people. It was fun and inventive, definitely different from any other yoga flow I have done before. Stéph has enlightened me on food in a way I have not looked at before. I have always thought just of what piece of food can provide nutritionally but to be educated about what to eat seasonally has been eye-opening for me. Stéph’s presence is a really positive, uplifting force and I will return again and again to the retreats because I feel so welcomed and happy there every single time! - Faye C.

“I have been hooked on Flo’s classes for many years. Her generous, joyful, open and curious personality shines through in her classes which always lifts my spirits. The collaboration with Stéphanie promised an afternoon of moving, togetherness and food - much needed after months living in semi-isolation.
I was reminded that exercise can be fun and that a meal shared with new friends tastes twice as nice. The fact that food was entirely vegan was a very delicious bonus. I had no idea that being virtuous could be so much fun.” - Sarah J.

“A lovely fusion of great yoga and tasty, heathy food enjoyed with like-minded people.” - Simon O.
