Private sessions can be provided on a one-to-one basis which allows you to benefit from undivided attention and practice at your own pace in the comfort of your own home. They are an excellent way to take time out for yourself on a regular basis or to simply set a few things right if you have experienced yoga in a large group and don't seem to get a sense of ease in the poses despite your repeated efforts.
They can also be perfectly suited for a small group of friends and for small and medium companies. After all, all that is needed is a space, some mats and more importantly, your motivation to get started!
